01. Why do we collect personal data?
When you make a purchase on our website we may collect personal, financial data and shopping history such as contact details (name, phone number, email address, address and other contact details). This is to administer and fulfill our contractual and legal obligations to you or the company you represent. We also collect the data to comply with our legal and reporting obligations, such as warranty claims, book keeping regulations and reporting to tax authorities as well as other supervisory authorities
Because payments are entirely made via our payment partner, Mollie, STRIKKS does not receive full financial data.

When you correspond with us by post, e-mail or telephone.
We may also automatically collect technical and usage data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns when you interact with our website. This we do via Google Analytics. These data are anonymous. It gives us information about the duration of your stay on or website or which pages you visit most.
0.2 Where do we collect personal data?
Some of the data STRIKKS receives are held by the following partners:
Mollie takes care of all the payments made in our webshop. Mollie informs us when and for what order a payment is made. STRIKKS saves this information for administrative reasons only.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here.
- Direct banking: Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
Our newsletters are send via Mailchimp. When you sign up for our newsletter, your name and e-mail address are saved on a list within mailchimp.
Our website and e-mails is hosted by WPManagement. When you contact us, e-mails are saved on servers hosted by WPManagement. And when you place an order with us, details are saved on the same servers.
0.3 How long do we save your data?
We will only save your personal data as long as necessary in order for us to achieve the purpose it was collected for or as required in order to comply with any mandatory retention periods under applicable law. No copies will be made.
We are obligated to save our administration for 7 years. During these years your data will be stated on invoices and other administrative files. Here after, all data will be destroyed.
Data such as name and e-mail address will be saved for indefinite duration. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
E-mails are saved with a maximum duration of two years.
The data is fully anonymous but will be saved for indefinite duration by Google Analytics.
Your data will only be stored in the systems mentioned previously. No copies will be made.
We will take adequate security measures to prevent any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to your personal information. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.
All systems are protected with a password and a two-factor authentication where possible.
Your visit to our website is protected via a SSL-certificate. You can recognize this certificate by the symbol of a green lock seen before the url.

Right to access your data
You may instruct us to provide you a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information is generally free of charge but may under certain circumstances be subject to the payment of a fee.

You may request us to correct any incorrect information we have about you as well as to delete any information that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected and/or to object to our processing of your personal data. However, certain legal obligations may prevent us from immediately deleting certain information.

Opt-out from marketing
